Christina “Tina” Gutierrez focuses her practice on insurance coverage litigation, insurance fraud and premium litigation, judicial review of administrative decisions, and related appeals. Tina has experience in arguing motions, taking and defending depositions and managing discovery.

Prior to joining the firm, Tina represented insurance carriers defending first-party bad faith lawsuits. Out of law school, Tina worked as an associate at a labor and employment law litigation firm dealing with class action lawsuits and arbitrations. Tina uses her previous experience to advise clients on navigating changing regulations in the workforce and to stay apprised of the latest legal decisions affecting their businesses.

During law school, Tina served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Kenneth M. Hoyt of the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Texas and as an extern for the Texas Innocence Network.

Outside of her work in the legal arena, Tina is interested in spending time outdoors, listening to podcasts, consuming news and chasing her cat, Arya.
