Jacob Kalinke is a Texas native born and raised in McKinney, Texas. He graduated with honors from Texas A&M University in 2019 with a Bachelors in Business Management and Business Honors. Jacob graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2022 where he served as an article’s editor on the Texas Tech Law Review.

During law school Jacob clerked for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, practicing environmental litigation. He now practices commercial and insurance litigation, primarily focusing on insurance coverage litigation, insurance fraud and premium litigation, judicial review of administrative decisions, and related appeals.

Outside of his legal practice, Jacob is an avid reader and enjoys exploring both the outdoors and the plethora of restaurants and coffee shops Austin has to offer.
